These Terms & Conditions govern your use of built4creators (“the Platform”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. The Service
built4creators provides creators and publishers with access to a hosted product discovery and affiliate storefront system. The platform allows audiences to search for products using natural language and receive relevant recommendations.
built4creators does not sell, stock, or ship products. All purchases are completed through third-party merchants.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the platform. By signing up, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.
3. Creator Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- The content you publish or promote using your storefront
- How and where you share your storefront link
- Ensuring your use of the platform complies with applicable laws and regulations
built4creators is not responsible for claims, representations, or promises made by creators to their audiences.
4. Affiliate Commissions
Storefronts use affiliate links provided by third-party affiliate networks and merchants. When a purchase is made, the creator may earn a commission at no additional cost to the buyer.
Commission structure:
- Creators are entitled to receive 100% of the affiliate commission generated through their storefront, subject to confirmation, approval, and payment by the relevant affiliate network or merchant
- built4creators may analyse performance data, including EPC (earnings per click), to improve product matching and recommendation quality
5. Commission Payouts
Commission payouts are processed on or around the 1st of each calendar month, where funds have been received and cleared from the relevant affiliate network, and subject to confirmation and clearance by affiliate networks and merchants.
Minimum payout thresholds, delays, chargebacks, or reversals imposed by third-party networks or merchants are outside the control of built4creators.
6. Payments & Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated. Prices and features are clearly displayed at the time of purchase.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
- Cancellation stops future billing
- Access remains available until the end of the current billing period
- No partial refunds are issued for unused time unless required by law
8. Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable and stable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change, be improved, or be discontinued as the platform evolves.
9. Limitation of Liability
built4creators is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Lost revenue or missed commissions
- Merchant fulfilment, support, shipping, or returns issues
- Changes to third-party affiliate programs, tracking, or commission rules
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the platform, violate these terms, or engage in fraudulent or harmful activity.
11. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
